Women, learn to love the cable stack! Here’s where I think you should start. The Cable pullthrough works your butt, legs and back all in one.

  • Keep your weight forwards as the cable will pull you back. You definitely do not want to fall over
  • Keep the lower back straight by engaging your abs
  • Squeeze your glutes and drive the hips through.
  • Head up, chest up and exhale when you lift
