Generally I’m cook-from-fresh supporter. I’m not good with defrosting (neither is The Talented Mr Fox) and I just don’t trust out temperamental fridge (playing up since Xmas). It does not mean I never cook in advance or we’ve nothing in the fridge, not at all, but where the veg is concerned, we do tend to get veg every other day and eat it straight away or the next day.

HOWEVER, many people find weekly prepping very helpful and a great way to improve their eating habits – it allows to think through what are you eating, how much and when, save time during the week and also it is very cost effective, especially for bigger families!
