This is a monthly subscription and you can sign up to 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week.
Sessions are held on
Monday morning – 8.15am, 10.15am
Monday evening – 6pm, 7pm
Tuesday morning – 6.15am, 7.15am, 8.15am, 9.15am, 10.15am
Tuesday evening – 5pm, 6pm, 7pm & 8pm
Thursday morning – 6.15am, 7.15am, 8.15am, 9.15am, 10.15am
Thursday evening – 7pm
Saturday morning – 9am & 10am
Sunday morning – 9am & 10am

Your first session is a one-to-one workshop and is booked separately at a good time for you, allow 1.5h. After the workshop you start training in a group and by yourself following a programme.
Sessions are 45mins, 2-3 people in a group max. Please arrive 15 mins earlier to change and warm up appropriately!
