You follow the hashtag on social media and now you want to join in. So how exactly do you become #StrongNotSkinny?

The #StrongNotSkinny workshops are designed for one thing: to get you strong! Being strong will get you lean, toned, hard physique and the confidence that goes with it.

Learn to lift weights, proper weights. Deadlift your own bodyweight (post that on Instagram!) to get strong, toned legs, squat heavy and swing kettlebells for a rock hard butt and press dumbbells for those killer arms.
