The Meanfitfoxes Party Outfit Workout

It’s the official end of summer here in the UK, the clocks have gone back and the winter coats have come out of our wardrobes.

The good news is that it’s party season! Hallowe’en, Thanksgiving (for our US readers) and Christmas are all so close and foxes, we want to look good for them all right?

That’s why we’re putting together the Meanfitfoxes Party Season workout. A four to six week programme, two workouts a week with a third bonus workout added for good measure.

The programme still works on all go as well as all show! Just because we want to look good, we still want to perform better.

And it’s even for male foxes too. Who doesn’t like Daniel Craig in a tuxedo? 🙂

We also work on improving our nutrition as well. Simple changes over the next few weeks to give us an energy boost and keep us feeling full.
