Personal training is where I help you become the strongest version of yourself.

We all need coaching sometimes to achieve our goals, and coaching people to be the fittest and strongest they can be is what I am an expert in.

If you want to get a toned, defined physique, lose body fat or just feel and move better I can help you achieve your goals.

I specialise in weightlifting – for women especially this is the secret to getting that hard, lean physique with well defined arms and shoulders, a curvy, firm butt and tight, sleek legs. Lifting weights will also make you feel like a badass, ready to take on any challenge which will make you feel amazing every day!

How does it work?
You’ll train with me at least twice a week and you’ll train yourself (don’t worry, all the sessions are programmed for you!) once or twice a week. The more active you are, the quicker results will come. The more you get results, the better you’ll feel – so the positive feedback loop carries on and working out will become something you enjoy and look forward to! It’s important to get this momentum going so it’s important to commit to a regular schedule, at least initially.

Personal training packages include nutrition planning – I don’t like restrictive dieting or fixed recipes. I teach you to make the best food choices for you so you understand what you’re eating, when to eat and how to balance your diet.

Personal training packages start from £90 / session with a 2 session minimum to £50 / session with a 50 session package.

With the 24 and 36 session package you get a bonus of 1 free #Afterburn session a week and two BodPod Body Composition Tests included.

With the 50 session package you get three BodPod Body Composition tests and a FitBit Fitness Tracker.
