But that takes planning, and you need to know how many calories are in your meal, how much protein and how much carbs. Then you also need to make it tasty. Quite a lot of work if you’re on the go all the time.

I know from experience, with myself and my clients how hard this can be. It’s so much easier to grab something on the go – which usually isn’t filling enough and almost always not nutritious enough.

So what’s the solution?

The Foxes Food Prep Club, where we come up with recipes, we give you the exact ingredients and amounts to use and we even calculate the amount you need to eat to meet your nutritional profile.

Every Saturday and Wednesday evening we come up with a recipe and ingredients list for a delicious, nutritious meals. We’ll calculate the portion size for you to match your requirements so you know that each portion will help you reach your goals.
