It’s been a really busy month here at Meanfitfoxes HQ so not had much time to blog and write.
Anyhoo – it’s the holiday season so I’ve only one bit of fitness and training advice.
Go enjoy the holidays. Take some time to rest, recover and refocus. Watch the Doctor Who special, Sherlock and all those films that only ever get shown this time of year (Singin’ In The Rain for me!)
And when 2017 starts, reach onwards and upwards. Lift some weights and learn a new skill. Most of all, have fun 🙂
