Rowers, spinning bikes, treadmills. They’re all “cardio” but usually have the opposite effect you want.
We prefer training for strength, training for endurance both at the same time, to build muscle and boost your metabolic rate whilst burning fat and building lean muscle.
Cardio is a bit of a nonsense term. Everything we do is “cardio” – we’re alive, we are doing cardio! Aerobic or anaerobic is more accurate, and anaerobic training is hands down, the more effective, if you’re able to do it.
