I’m off for a week, having a holiday and some business meetings.

One of the questions some of you have been asking is how to keep up training whilst not near a gym.

Now, the most important thing is…have fun! Enjoy yourself, walk, swim, explore.

Then, if you do want a bit more structured exercise, pack your band and sliders and try this out 🙂
