The Battle Rope 5. 5 Exercises, 10 minutes, incredible results
I’ve recently started Battle Rope Training and it’s quite possibly the best cardio training I’ve ever done.
There’s research showing that trainees are burning 13 calories a minute, on average, and that doesn’t even include the “afterburn” effect of anaerobic conditioning.
Seriously, it’s really, really good 🙂
