Here’s a simple sequence of core and hip stretches that you can do daily. You will find it amazing if you’re stuck seated for most of the day. The sequence can flow from one stretch to the next. Hold each position for 20 – 30 seconds then move onto the next. For the arabesque stretch make sure to do both left and right hand sides.

Camel Stretch – > Arabesque arch (L & R) -> Stretching Cat Stretch -> Annoyed Cat Stretch -> Prone Stretch -> Windmill
