Salut, everybody!

If you are holidaying in South of France this summer we’ve very exciting news: our Fox-parisienne Rita is in beautiful Beziers now till 10 September and is training small groups and 1-2-1 in the area, also she is running Power Lift, Fit Beach and Aquagym classes at the Capao Fitness in Cap D’Agde. No, the club is not in the Village Naturiste :), though results – great energy, improved stamina and fitter bodies – can be enjoyed by one and all, naturists included! 🙂
