If you’re new to Meanfitfoxes you might have missed our Christmas Party Workout series or you might not have been following along…that’s OK, I forgive you πŸ˜‰

You’re looking to get in shape for the party season, which starts in a few weeks.

I’m “anti quick fix”, but understand that real life just gets in the way sometimes. So I’ll be sharing my favourite routine that works *everything* in just 15 minutes. It won’t be easy but it’s effective!

We’re going to use a Metabolic Conditioning programme and turn it up to 11. Give it a go and let me know how much “fun” it was!

You’ll need 1 set of Battle Rope, 1 medicine ball (4kg) and a new set of lungs.

Battle Rope Waves. 15 seconds of work, 45 seconds of rest for three sets.

Med Ball Slams. 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest for three sets.

Med Ball Chops. 15 seconds of chops in one direction, 15 seconds of chops the other, 30 seconds rest for two sets

Mountain Climbers. 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest for three sets

Hollow. 30 seconds holding the Hollow position, 30 seconds of rest for three sets.

15 minutes of sweaty torture which will deliver some great results.

Do this three to four times a week. You’ll find that this workout won’t cause much soreness so you can do it more often!
