There’s so much rubbish written about diets, weight loss and health, all amplified by social media and the internet, it’s hard to know what to trust in. (I know, the irony)

But when you have fraudsters claiming to have cured brain cancer by going gluten free, “Food Babes” sponsored by supplement companies, its hard not to get a bit cynical about, well, everything.
