A surprising solution to knee pain

Many years of dancing and one keyhole surgery on my knee have taken their toll, so I’m always interested in finding out more ways to strengthen and improve my knees.

So colour me surprised when I read research that found strengthening your glutes (AKA your bum) is a great way to assist your knees.

I’ve added some simple exercises that I do daily and have to say that my knees do feel better!
