As women, we tend to think of exercise as a chore, a means to an end. We see exercise as “the way” to get rid of bingo wings, the love handles but that usually means we also tend to give up once we’ve achieved our goals (or not). A few months down the line, we have to go through the same thing all over again.
Is there a better way to do this? I think so. And after listening to this TED talk about games and play, this might be it. Start taking our exercise less seriously, think of it as a game, as fun and we’ll enjoy it more and do it more
