Carrying on from last weeks post on simple ways of transforming your health and fitness, we’re carrying on with what seems like a weird, but scientifically proven, bit of eating habit hacking.
This week we have a simple tip – eat from a smaller plate!
Let’s try an experiment
Put your dinner on a plate and take a picture of it.
Yep, feel free to Instagram all the food 😉
Now get a smaller plate and transfer your dinner onto it. When you compare how it looks, the smaller plate just looks like it has more food on it and instinctively you’ll likely eat less so we’ve achieved a super simple reduction in the calories without really trying.
