It was National Doughnut Day (an American celebration, why am I not surprised) yesterday and I must admit, I indulged 🙂

Luckily, here’s a quick exercise blast to burn off that Krispy Kreme. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 60 seconds, perform again, rest and that’s it! A quick five minute doughnut blaster workout
