It’s been one of those weeks, you know the sort where you get back from holiday and *everything* has piled up. The gym is the last thing on your mind but you feel guilty when you don’t work out.
If you’re like me, you’ve had many of these weeks so here’s what I do to keep myself in shape in the least amount of time.
Didn't have time to go gym last night.
