It’s not something we usually think about but our ankles and feet play an important part of our health and fitness.
Tight ankles can lead to knee and hip pain, in some severe cases, even lower back problems and for anyone looking to improve their squatting technique it’s the first place to look.
High heels really don’t help – but you’ll have to prise my prized Vivienne Westwoods off my cold, cold paws. Let’s face it, a nice pair of heels once in a while turns heads 🙂
So we need to take daily care of our feet and ankles and in this video I go through a simple foam roll, foot roll and band resisted stretch for our ankles and feet.
