Is it any good?
I get asked that all the time.
Whether it’s kettlebells, Crossfit, battle rope…this is a question that pops up all the time.
The answer usually is…I don’t know yet!
There are just too many new things to try them all, especially when what we currently do is very effective.
Having said that, it’s always good to have some variety in your workouts, which is why I’ve started this series on.

Battle rope is that huge coil of rope you might have seen in the gym.
Go there and grab them because you’re going to get a workout like no other. One that accelerates your strength gains, turbocharges your cardiovascular system and tones up your upper body in record time.
There’s research on rope training that shows you burn around 167 calories in a 10 minute session! Not to mention the post-workout calorie burn effect for hours afterwards as this is anaerobic training.
