A 30 day challenge instead. We’ve all been there – new year, new start. The only problem is a year is, well, quite daunting! How do you plan that far ahead?
Likely, you won’t. So let’s take fitness as our resolution. Instead of thinking about the whole year, think about 30 days instead. If that’s too much, go for 7 days. Aim to do something active each day, doesn’t matter what! Get a bit sweaty, a bit out of breath and that’s all it takes.
You’ll find the habit of exercise gets ingrained a lot quicker and is a lot less imposing than trying to plan your exercise for the year.
