And today we are doing CAR-DI-O! 😀
Love it or hate it – cardio is good for fat burning (and for your heart, and for many other things..), we better make friends with it and use it wisely for our abs purposes.
Up to you to squeeze it into your Saturday 🙂
Those of you who run – challenge yourself to hill sprints! 25m – 50m x as many sets as possible in 10 – 15 minutes. Walk back down the hill and rest as much as needed to recover. Sprints are about speed and explosive power! Each session aim to do just one more sprint.
Those of you who don’t run – brisk walking! 20 minutes. Brisk meaning slightly getting out of breath. Make it round and round the park or quickly to and from somewhere several times… whatever works 😀
